Shooting Clinic with Anthony Terranova
What players can expect to learn: Shooting form & shot selections. Scoring from different areas of the field. Breaking bad habits. High intensity training.
About coach Anthony Terranova: 2x Captain at Rutgers. Leading Goal Scorer at the 2016 World Indoor Lacrosse Championships. Former Seton Hall Prep Offensive Coordinator. Non-Public Assistant Coach of the Year (2022 at Seton Hall Prep). 2x Group 4 Assistant Coach of the Year (Montgomery).

About coach Lizzy Barrett:
Coach Lizzy Barrett brings energy, positivity, and a strong foundation in player development to the Tri-State Lacrosse program. A former four-year starter and team captain at Drew University, Lizzy understands what it takes to grow as both a player and a teammate—and she’s passionate about helping young athletes build strong skills and confidence from an early age.
Lizzy completed her collegiate career with 175 goals, 76 assists, and 251 points, setting multiple all-time records at Drew University. She was a three-time First Team All–Landmark Conference selection and earned the Vincent Masco Athlete of the Year Award (2024), an honor recognizing excellence in performance, leadership, and character.
As a coach, Lizzy has worked with youth and club programs including BBL and 3D Garden State, where she focuses on fundamental skill development, lacrosse IQ, and confidence-building. Her coaching style emphasizes age-appropriate instruction, effort, and having fun, while helping players develop proper habits and a love for the game.
Lizzy believes that early development is about more than wins and losses—it’s about building a strong foundation, fostering teamwork, and creating a positive experience that keeps young athletes excited to learn and improve.
