Philip Pape
2026 AA Coach
- Coach Pape grew up on Long Island and started playing lacrosse at a young age. Continuing on into high school before deciding to play football at the collegiate level at Stony Brook University where he was a 4 year starter and 2 year captain. Coach Pape has been the assistant coach for the 2024 Tri-State team for the last 8 years, helping them to become one of the best 2024 teams in the country and also coaches the winter box lacrosse program. Coach Pape is a US Lacrosse level one certified coach, and is also a certified strength and conditioning coach currently training youth and high school athletes. Instagram: @papespowerhouse

John Hay
2027 Coach
- Unwavering dedication to growing the game, Coach Hay is the current head coach of Newark East Side Lacrosse. He first served as a volunteer goaltending coach for two years with the Red Raiders before being promoted to assistant coach by program founder John Dudley. Coach Hay also serves as a coach and logistical consultant for Urban Exposure LC a young program focused on expanding the game of Lacrosse to the inner city of Essex County. He played his high school lacrosse at Glen Ridge High School.
