MIDDLE SCHOOL SCHEDULE:

  • Grades 6th-8th Saturday afternoons  | Will consist of 30- minute clinic and 30- minute game
  • League runs December 3, 10, 17, January 7, 14, 21, 28 February 4, 11,   18, 2017  ( updated 1.13.17)
  • Game times are 12:00-1:00pm on Saturday afternoons

  • Grades 9th-12th Tuesday Nights from 6:00pm-9:00pm | 10 games with a certified official. Coaches are available on the sidelines to assist in subbing and working with the teams per request.

Peddie Box Lacrosse Winter League

Coaches on Staff:

Coach Ali Kittle ( Head Varsity Peddie )originally from Dallas, TX.  Graduated from Greenhill School of Dallas (played goalie and defense there).  Graduated from Kenyon College ’07, played defense and was captain there.  Graduated from Middlebury Bread Loaf School of English (no lax in grad school, unfortunately).Previously worked at Hun for three years, and have worked at Peddie for the last 5.  This is her  first year as Head coach for Peddie- Coach Kittle was an assistant previously.  Former Head coach at Hun for two years.

Coach Brighde Dougherty ’04 William Smith, Former Head Coach for William Smith lacrosse. Named the interim head coach in June of 2012, Dougherty succeeded a legend in collegiate coaching, Pat Genovese. Dougherty led William Smith to a 10-7 record in the 2013 season, marking the program’s first double digit win total since 2009. Her Herons posted a 7-2 mark in the Liberty League, tying for second place in the conference standings. Under her leadership, William Smith’s lineup was honored with an IWLCA All-America, three IWLCA All-Region, and four All-Liberty League awards, including a conference-high three first team selections. In the classroom, Dougherty’s Herons were just as acclaimed, earning eight Liberty League All-Academic honors.Dougherty spent two seasons as the head coach at Pomona Pitzer, leading the program from a club to a Division III varsity. In 2006, Doughtery also served as a head coach for the girls’ varsity lacrosse team at St. Rose High School in Belmar, N.J.Dougherty returned to her alma mater after working for Outward Bound Los Angeles. She created an intensive team leadership training program for Outward Bound. Dougherty previously spent four seasons as an assistant coach for the Herons.A leader in the growth of youth lacrosse in New Jersey, Dougherty designed and managed the first lacrosse camp for girls along the Jersey Shore. As a student-athlete, Dougherty led the Herons to a 61-9 record, two league titles, three NCAA Tournament appearances, and the 2001 ECAC Mid-Atlantic Championship. An IWLCA/US Lacrosse All-American, she totaled 85 goals and 26 assists for 111 career points.

Refund requests received by November 1, 2014 will be processed less a $5 handling fee.  Requests made between November 2nd and November 30th will be processed less a $50 handling fee. There are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON* after December 1, 2014, including but not limited to, injury.

*In the event that a refund has been requested on or after December 1st and the roster spot can be filled, a refund may be processed less the $50 handling fee.
