For questions, or to learn more about our Central program, contact Jules Keeley, Tri-State Central Director at

Jules was selected from an outstanding field of candidates, including some well-known names in the local area. “In the end, however, it was Jules’ passion for lacrosse, coaching experience from youth through college levels, and commitment to developing strong, independent young women with excellent lacrosse skills that made her the perfect choice to head up our Central NJ/PA program” said Girls Program Director Sue Montegari.
Jules comes to us while serving as an assistant coach at Stockton University. Previously, she served as an assistant coach at Kean University, which was also her alma mater. The two-time NJAC Goalkeeper of the Year, was also named first-team all-conference in 2012 and 2013, and served as team captain.

The Tri-State Girls Program has helped players achieve their dreams of playing lacrosse in college since 2001; we know recruiting. Our list of alumni and commitments is impressive, going back to 2005. We take great pride in helping each player find the perfect fit, not just a handful of rock stars. Our Alumni/Commitment list can be accessed here.
We offer unparalleled recruiting support for those wishing to play beyond high school, including:

  • A Dedicated Recruiting Director, Evan Mager, a Tri-State Alumnus and current Morristown High School Varsity Girls Lacrosse coach who played college lacrosse for LIU, and has extensive connections with DI, DII and DIII college coaches. Evan speaks with college coaches every day on behalf of Tri-State athletes
  • FREE ConnectLAX account for all HS athletes. ConnectLAX simplifies the college recruiting process by providing resources to help recruits learn about the recruiting process and schools that fit them on and off the field. Recruits can create a comprehensive athlete profile, create a personalized list of target colleges that match their athletic, academic, social and financial needs from over 1,400 college teams, and then continually communicate with coaches at those programs.
  • Annual College Recruiting Night, held each fall, hosted by Tri-State, which includes a review of the recruiting process, as well as DI, DII and DIII coaches in attendance to answer questions.
  • Access to our Comprehensive College Recruiting Guide.
